Task Management in Collaborative Spaces

Task management is for getting things done, especially in a collaborative space. The goal was to reinvigorate an existing, underused feature n the product. 

Issues

Tasks in the Jam product have been around for a while, but wasn't used to its fullest extent. This is due to:

• Tedious to add a task: Creating a task felt like filling out a form.
• Full of page refreshes: The amount of time to navigate between 
• No context: Unable to add attach content to the task. 
• Everyone can see your personal tasks
• Unable to add multiple assignees.
• No UX love

Approach & Process
